Chelle Caruso
I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but my family relocated to Washington, D.C., when I was just a baby. We returned to Salt Lake City when I turned 10. Growing up, I found joy in playing soccer, dancing, and skiing. During my junior year of high school, I played a key role in establishing girls' soccer as an official high school sport, which later became a letter sport.
It was also during my high school years that I met my future husband, Vince. We began dating towards the end of my junior year, and in 1989, we tied the knot. Our first child, Cicely, was born in 1995. When Cicely was 2½, our family embarked on a nomadic adventure, traveling across the U.S. before settling in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, after nearly a year on the road. We’ve made Coeur d’Alene our home ever since. Our family grew with the birth of our son, CJ, in 2002, and we now also have our wonderful son-in-law, Jesse, and our beautiful granddaughter, Jophiel. Vince and I have now celebrated 35 years of marriage, and I feel incredibly blessed to have lived such a full and rich life.
I’ve always been deeply intrigued by the workings of the mind, especially the subconscious. After dedicating 30 years to building and managing a successful family business with Vince, I decided to return to school and follow my passion for psychology. I earned my degree and invested over 500 hours in coaching, training, and various healing modalities.
My approach to personal transformation is centered around reprogramming the subconscious mind. I don’t believe in dwelling on past wounds; instead, I help individuals manifest their dreams and goals by guiding them to shift their subconscious beliefs, memories, and perceptions. The subconscious mind processes information over one million times faster than the conscious mind, meaning that when we align our subconscious with our conscious goals, the potential for transformation is limitless. This process not only helps overcome long-standing obstacles, but it also creates the space for you to live fully in the present and allow life to unfold in beautiful, miraculous ways.
Through my coaching and healing methods, I’ve seen countless people experience true and lasting transformation—and I’d love to help you do the same.
Vince Caruso
Hi, I’m Vince, and I’ve had the privilege of living a life full of love, growth, and adventure. I was born in Provo, Utah, to Ron and Sandi Caruso and grew up in Boise, Idaho, before moving to Salt Lake City when I was 14. I graduated from Brighton High in 1987, and in 1989, I married my high school sweetheart, Chelle. Together, we’re raising two incredible kids, Cicely and CJ, who bring so much joy into our lives. As a family, we love to travel, explore new places, and just enjoy spending time together.
Nature has always been my sanctuary. There’s something magical about being by the river, fly fishing, or just soaking in the beauty of the world around me. Chelle and I also share a love for getting our hands dirty in the garden, planting trees, and watching things grow from the ground up. It’s a reminder of how amazing life is and how much we have to be thankful for.
Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of healing and growth, both physically and emotionally. I’ve explored many different modalities to heal from past traumas and have found deep transformation through practices like Reiki, Psych-K, and MAP. I’m passionate about helping others on their own healing journeys, and I’m excited to share the tools and insights that have made a difference in my life.
I truly love my life and feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful people and experiences. I’m grateful for every moment, and I’m always excited to connect with others who are on a path of growth and discovery.
More about us
After marrying, we embarked on an incredible adventure together, one filled with excitement, challenges, heartache, and joy. Our journey has been marked by mutual support, allowing each of us the space to explore, grow, and expand. Over the years, our family has blossomed, now including two wonderful young adults, an angelic granddaughter, four dogs, two cats, and several chickens, each adding their own joy and love to our lives.
Together, we built and nurtured a thriving family-owned restaurant chain in the Pacific Northwest, successfully growing our brand over 30 years in the industry. As we reached a new chapter, we welcomed an exit strategy that allowed us to pivot towards a deeper purpose—serving humanity.
Through over three decades of self-development, including retreats, courses, books, healings, certifications, and relentless determination, we’re now focused on co-creating with one another and contributing to the greater good. It is our joy to share the wisdom we’ve gained with others, helping them manifest their desires and realize their full potential.
